This session discusses what human resource management is and outlines how strategic HRM can be formulated. Then we explore the impact on competitive advantage.
HR in the Change Agent Role: Successful Change Management
These classes focus on the analysis and processes of successful change management. Student will familiarize themselves with change process frameworks and will discuss diverse roles within change initiatives. We will immerse participants into change planning, implementation and dealing with resistance.
HR in the Expert Role: Optimising HR Processes in a Challenging Context
These sessions looks at the resourcing issues of companies. We will explore general recruitment and selection issues and look at the creation of organizational capabilities through international mobility and performance management. An underlying theme is how to respond to crisis situations.
