Dr. Dickmann works full-time as a Senior Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom. His PhD and much of his research focuses on cross-border human resource strategies, structures and processes of multinational organisations.

He is also the Director of the Cranfield MSc in International Human Resource Management and the Director of CReME, the Centre of Research into the Management of Expatriation. Dr. Dickmann has several years of work experiences for major consultancies and in industry.
