In the dual-mode programme the University cooperates with enterprises to qualify their trainees, alternating between academic studies and business practice.

So far more than 400 enterprises from all over Germany together with the FH NORDAKADEMIE have enabled students to gain degrees in Business Science and Management, Industrial Engineering and Business Management and Computer Science and Business Management.

The MBA degree course is conceived for enterprises which wish to prepare particularly talented junior managers for executive functions. These students must hold a university degree and have had at least two years of working experience.

The cooperating enterprises are from all lines of business. This mix is part of  the philosophy of the NORDAKADEMIE, just as the variety of the enterprises in terms of size. Our partners range from global players to SMEs.

Our business partners are represented in both the committees of the supporting organisation and the committees of the university itself.
