The student support services office is the first contact for students. The office carries out service tasks such as

• stamping forms (HVV, Bahn AG etc.)
• issuing international student identity cards
• selling copy cards or
• similar services.

Furthermore every student receives his / her student identity card well before the start of the semester, including 6 certifications of study. Any change of address must be communicated to the student support services office immediately so that the certificates always contain the current address.
