The NORDAKADEMIE cooperates with enterprises who wish to qualify their young management trainees with a combination of theory and practice.

So far highly-motivated students from over 400 enterprises from all over Germany have graduated with degree in "Business Science and Management", "Industrial Engineering and Business Management" and "Computer Science and Business Management".

In addition, the new MBA degree course  offers enterprises the opportunity to prepare for further managerial tasks their  most talented young managers who already hold a university degree and have had at least 2 years´ work experience.

Partner enterprises are to be found in all major fields of business. Apart from the metal-working and electrical industry, an increasing number of enterprises from the commercial, insurance and service sectors are participating.
