Specifically, you will acquire the following knowledge and skills:

  • Analyze target groups and take the right measures to address them optimally (e.g. in marketing).
  • Measure, evaluate and control performance and motivation of employees on different dimensions (e.g. social, methodical and self-regulatory competencies)
  • Scientific standards (e.g. APA, Harvard) to communicate empirical studies effectively and transparently
  • Placing competence management in the overall strategic context
  • Competence to recognize and classify individual differences and to develop measures for personal development
  • You receive a solid foundation from basic psychological research (e.g. Daniel Kahneman: dual system theory)
