NORDAKADEMIE provides its students with business expertise that transforms them into in-demand specialists and managers. The dual Bachelor's program focuses on general business administration, which opens up a wide range of job opportunities for our graduates all across the economy. In our part-time master's programs, we prepare our students for the digital transformation and senior management tasks in many areas. Thanks to the close integration with the departments of engineering and computer science, our students also acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and thus become valuable business partners for companies in all industries.

Our Department of Business and Economics offers a wide range of specialization options: Sustainability, digital marketing, and much more.

At NORDAKADEMIE, excellent study and research conditions are a top priority. Our students find spacious learning rooms in new buildings both on our sustainability campus in Elmshorn and in Hamburg - and a wide field for professional and personal exchange with experts and fellow students.

Under the guidance of our dedicated lecturers, our students acquire generalist know-how for a wide range of applications or advanced business expertise for specialized tasks, depending on the course of study. In doing so, they can always rely on the fact that the specialist knowledge and teaching methods are up to date. Practical phases are closely coordinated with the lecture content and serve to illustrate theoretical relationships. And, of course, our classrooms are also equipped with the latest technology.

The NORDAKADEMIE laboratories are also available to our students outside of the lecture times by arrangement. Students in all departments can use the computer and small group rooms on campus 24 hours a day as needed. 

NORDAKADEMIE closely coordinates its business administration degree programs with representatives of the business community and adapts them in detail to meet the constantly growing challenges. Students at the university can choose from the following Bachelor's and Master's degree programs:

  • Dual Bachelor's degree program "Business Administration (B.Sc.)"
  • Part-time Master's degree program "General Management (M.Sc.)"
  • Part-time Master's degree program "Financial Management & Accounting (M.Sc.)"
  • Part-time Master's degree program "HR Management & Business Psychology (M.Sc.)"
  • Part-time Master's degree program "Master of Business Administration (MBA)"
