Logistics and process management
Students of the "Logistics and process Management" focus are able to understand and design global supply chains and the flow of materials in the company as well as to optimize cross-departmental processes.
You will make a valuable contribution to the company by ensuring that products can be delivered to your customers and that production is supplied with the necessary materials. In doing so, you will use innovative methods to avoid waste in the process. In particular, storage and transport must be reduced. The ability to design logistical processes, allows you to optimize all variants of frequently repeated processes in the company.
Logistics is a system, which means in the enterprise and enterprise-spreading with suppliers and customers, an optimal supply of materials, information, parts and modules for production - and on the other side naturally of the markets (BVL definition).

- analyze global supply chains and identify weaknesses
- improve and redesign these supply chains
- optimize distribution systems for stationary or online trade
- understand IT systems in logistics and use them in a targeted manner
- recognize the problems in interdepartmental processes
- model and analyze processes and redesign them
