Business Administration (BA) is an academic subject that deals with the scientific principles of business operations in companies. Studying a Focus on General Management - what Does That Mean?

Business Administration General Management prepares students for strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business functions. The focus offers a comprehensive insight into various areas to train students as effective managers and decision-makers in different organizations.

In the fourth semester, the focus of this specialization is on International Relations, a crucial field in a globalized world. Here, students learn to understand the complexity of international interconnections.

The fifth semester is dedicated intensively to Financial Business Planning, dealing with the planning and analysis of financial strategies.

The sixth semester then concentrates on selected, yet essential aspects of General Management to sharpen skills in corporate leadership.

In the seventh and final semester, the focus shifts to the topic of Digital Commerce, an area of crucial importance in the face of digital transformation. This teaches how digital technologies revolutionize commerce and how they can be effectively integrated into business strategies.

Additionally, students of this focus can write their bachelor's thesis in the area of General Management.
